Kerven W. Carter Jr.
Hall of Fame Award
Named for TCAC Co-Founder Brother Kervin W. Carter Jr., brothers nominated for this award must be in good standing with the fraternity, have been a member of the fraternity for at least ten (10) years, must have been fully financial and personally active with the fraternity and with the TCAC for at least seven (7) years, must have participated in the national programs of the Fraternity, must have been involved in his community through civic activities, and must have exemplified the highest degree of devotion to the cardinal principles of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Distinguished Service Award
Named in honor of our 21st General President Brother T. Winston Cole, brothers nominated for this award must be in good standing with the fraternity and must have established a record of distinguished service at the national, regional, and district levels of the fraternity. Tenure as well as quality of service in these areas are paramount.

A. Maceo Smith Award
Dedicated to our 17th General President Brother A. Maceo Smith, brothers nominated for this award must be in good standing with the fraternity and have rendered outstanding service to the fraternity particularly in the areas of leadership. Tenure as well as quality of service in these areas are paramount. Service on committees, as committee chair, and offices held, are also to be considered.

Harry E. Johnson Sr.
Humanitarian Award
Named in honor of the 31st General President Brother Harry E. Johnson Sr., brothers nominated for this award must be in good standing with the fraternity and have distinguished themselves by engaging in human acts serving to promote brotherhood and social well-being within the ranks of the fraternity and throughout their respective communities.

Reginald Broadus Award
Brothers nominated for this award should ideally, but not necessarily, be College Brothers who have demonstrated most vividly the potentials of leadership, academic success, and professional development that were recognized in Brother Reginald Broadus (Omega Chapter). A display of a distinct awareness of and a strong commitment to the true essence of Alpha Phi Alpha and all that it encompasses is also important.

Yellow Rose of Texas Award
This is the one TCAC special award that goes to a non-member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. This award is designed to give recognition to the wife or widow of an Alpha Brother.
